NY THOMPSON — Planning Board approves Binyan Uvois, schedules Keren Hatorah hearing. The Thompson Planning Board voted unanimously to approve the site plan for Binyan Uvois, a mixed-use residential and educational project at 666 State Route 17B in Monticello, subject to resolution of outstanding building violations before school construction permits are issued. A six-month extension was approved for Camp Yeshiva Serdahel's master plan through August 12, 2026.

For the long-troubled Keren Hatorah property at 689 State Route 17B, the board declared itself Lead Agency and scheduled a public hearing for March 11, 2026, after hearing of ongoing neighborhood complaints about lighting and other issues.
