Planning Board approves eight applications with conditional requirements

NY THOMPSON — Thompson Planning Board votes unanimously to approve eight applications in single session. The board approved a 2-lot subdivision for Kupferman Holding to split residential and commercial use, along with a 2-family dwelling conversion at 226 Big Woods Road. Norman Gold - 25 Saw Mill LLC received site plan approval subject to a November 1 completion deadline for fence, storage container, and dumpster work, plus inventory provision.
The board also approved Radoncic subdivision and Holiday Mountain storage barn modifications, with all actions passing unanimously.
