Planning Board approves Heiden Road warehouse for impact study

NY THOMPSON — Planning Board approves scoping for Riverside warehouse project. Chairman Kathleen Lara led the Board in unanimously approving the final scoping document for the Heiden Road Riverside Warehouse, clearing the path to environmental impact study, and issued a positive declaration for Estates at Rock Hill Section B, a 50-plus unit residential development requiring full environmental assessment. Additional unanimous approvals included site plan modifications for Hamaspik with a $2,000 bond for temporary tent removal by September 15, 2026 and public hearing scheduling for Blue Stone Estates on January 14, 2026.

Concord Fairways received a six-month extension through June 15, 2026, while the Board denied Pardess Bungalow Colony and referred it to the Zoning Board for density variance review.
