NY THOMPSON — Thompson Planning Board schedules spring hearings for multiple projects. The board scheduled a May 27 public hearing for Prestige Estate Bungalow Colony and referred three projects to county review: Evergreen Hills Estates, Brookview Partners, and Walmart's 41 Anawana Lake Road online fulfillment expansion. The Monticello Greenhouse Subdivision was denied and referred to the Zoning Board for variances.
The board unanimously approved Hidden Ridge Community Building and Pool site plan modifications, contingent on town engineer review, and voted unanimously to recommend a Kinnebrook MHP zone change to the Town Board with reservations.
