NY THOMPSON — Planning Board approved Silvercrest Townhomes residential project with $102,500 park fee requirement. The 41-unit development at 92 Fairgrounds Road must pay $2,500 per unit before permits issue after the board determined the proposed simple playground was insufficient to reduce the fee under Town Code. Three other projects advanced: Sackett Lake LP received a six-month extension to March 12, 2027; Pardess Bungalow Colony was referred to county review with public hearing scheduled October 14, 2026; and 237 Glen Wild Glamping was approved to drill two test wells conditional on $2,500-per-well bonds and demolition of an unsafe structure by October 14, 2026.
