NY THOMPSON — Thompson Planning Board approved a 41-unit townhome development with a $102,500 park contribution. The board unanimously approved the Silvercrest Townhomes project at 92 Fairgrounds Road, setting the park fee at $2,500 per unit and requiring the developer to address reasonable requests from the Building Department and town engineer. The board conditionally approved the site plan and special use permit, with the applicant required to return within one year for an update.
Additionally, the board approved a six-month extension for Sackett Lake LP and referred the Pardess Bungalow Colony to the county for a 239 review with an October 14 public hearing.
