NY THOMPSON — Planning Board approves multiple site modifications, grants extensions. The Thompson Planning Board unanimously approved six-month extensions and site plan modifications for four developments during its March 11 meeting, with Chairman Kathleen Lara presiding. The Fraser Resort, represented by applicant Joel Kohn, received approval for a six-month extension until September 27, 2026, contingent on town attorney review of an access easement; the project awaits Department of Environmental Conservation approval.
Countryside Acres Unit 12 was cleared for a two-story addition and deck, while Cold Spring Cottages received approval for a synagogue rebuild with basement addition for kitchen and lunchroom use, subject to condominium requirements. The board voted to engage a town planner for the Torres Warehouse project and selected Laberge Group as consulting planner for the Monticello Motor Club project.
