NY THOMPSON — Thompson Planning Board approves four site plans, schedules public hearings for February. Chairman Kathleen Lara led the board through approvals for 97 Hilltop LLC, Moonlight Cottages Unit 57, and lot combinations at Coward and Dora Drive properties. Extensions through July and August were granted to the Old Route 17 Warehouse, Weiss Realty, and 218 Hilltop Road projects pending third-party approvals.
The board scheduled February 25 public hearings for Brookview Partners, Aero Star Petroleum Route 42 Mobil Station, and Hidden Ridge, all subject to County 239 referral reviews. The Krasna site plan modification was approved following SEQR reclassification.
