NY THOMPSON — Planning board approved test wells for three residential projects. The Thompson Planning Board unanimously authorized test well drilling for Justin Estates, Empire Estates, and Dillon Road Development at $2,500 per well, and granted six-month extensions to Weiss Realty and Camp Yeshiva Serdahel pending tenant commitments and third-party approvals. The board re-approved Thompson's Own Solar's site plan after permit expiration, conditionally approved a two-lot subdivision for RE3 Group Holdings and a change of use for Nice Guys Guns, and scheduled a public hearing for Winston Estates on August 26.

The board denied Adelaar Townhouse Development's lead agency request pending full site plan submission.
