NY THOMPSON — Thompson Planning Board moved multiple projects forward, re-approving a solar farm and authorizing test-well drilling for three residential developments. The board unanimously approved drilling of nine test wells across Justin Estates (2 wells), Empire Estates (3), and Dillon Road Development (4), each conditioned on $2,500-per-well bonding. Thompson's Own Solar regained site-plan approval after its December 2024 permit expired.

Conditional approvals went to RE3 Group Holdings' subdivision and Nice Guys Guns' change of use. Six-month extensions were granted to Weiss Realty and Camp Yeshiva Serdahel. Winston Estates was scheduled for public hearing on August 26; Adelaar Townhouse Development was directed to resubmit its full plan.
