Planning Board approves three sites, refers two to zoning board

misc · Meeting of August 19, 2026

NY THOMPSON — Planning Board approves three major projects after extended reviews. Chairman Kathleen Lara's board unanimously granted conditional site plan approval to Robert Green Trucks, which had been in review for more than 18 months, along with Brookview Partners and Tara Acres. The board also referred Nob Hill Unit 4 and Morningside Acres Unit 18 to the Zoning Board of Appeals for variances and approved a lot line adjustment for Thompson Square's Popeye's restaurant with a setback waiver.

Tara Acres, with a history of compliance issues, faces an October 15, 2026 deadline to submit building permits and must obtain Certificates of Occupancy before 2027 occupancy.
