NY THOMPSON — Thompson Planning Board approves site modifications, schedules glamping hearing. The board unanimously approved modifications to the site plans for Aero Star Petroleum's Rock Hill Mobil Station and Continental Cottages Unit 2, both subject to additional conditions from consultants. In unanimous votes, the board referred the 237 Glen Wild glamping project to the County for preliminary 239 review and scheduled a public hearing on February 25, 2026.
The board also voted unanimously to engage the town planner for review of a proposed 214 Hamilton Road development with 44 duplexes (88 units), recreational facilities, and swimming pools.
