Planning Board recommends zone change for Evergreen Heights

NY THOMPSON — Thompson Planning Board votes to recommend zone change and schedules public hearings for multiple projects. Planning Board Chairman Kathleen Lara led the board to unanimously recommend a zone change for Evergreen Heights from RR-1 to SR zoning and engage the town's consulting traffic engineer for impact review. The Board scheduled public hearings for April 22, 2026 for Brookview Partners and Evergreen Hills Estates while approving test well drilling for multiple properties subject to Department of Health approval and $2,500 per-well bonds.
The Board also approved a site plan modification at 304 Ranch Road and extended a special use permit for 38-397 Fraser Road by one year to allow construction completion.
